AMTELCO Announces NEW Infinity Reporting and Management Applications

McFarland, WI - March, 2004 - AMTELCO is pleased to announce the release of four NEW applications designed to increase operator efficiency, reduce training time, improve reporting and billing accuracy, and save management time.

Operator Time Clock - The NEW Operator Time Clock functions within MDR (Message Detailed Reporter), and allows call centers to increase operator efficiency and reward job performance, save time and money on payroll processing, and simplify remote operator management.

Operator Time Clock Features include:

  • Infinity tracks hours, so there is no need for a time clock or separate application
  • Operator Summaries are provided for each log-in, and are cumulative for the day and pay period
  • Administrative access displays an easy summary of all operators and statistical averages
  • Summary Text Reports can be printed or imported into another program
  • Base operators’ pay rate on the time they work in Infinity and each call center’s performance goals

Infinity Voice Logger Software Version 2.1 – Voice Logger generates revenue by providing call center clients with Web access to call recordings and screen snapshots of the operator’s desktop. Call centers can improve customer service and reduce operator training time with Voice Logger’s convenient voice recordings and operator desktop.

New features allow call centers to:

  • Collect screen snapshots and voice recordings
  • Program the application to save the entire desktop image or the operator window as the system setting, or per station
  • Select snapshots to be taken with each state change or at timed intervals
  • Take screen snapshots when not recording or not logged in
  • Review screen snapshots with voice recordings

Web Portal Management Reports - The NEW Web Portal Management Reports allows call centers to: generate additional revenue by giving clients access to their text messages, call statistics, detailed reports and billing history; save management time with fast and easy access to call tracking information to resolve customer service issues; and retain archives and provide access to comply with HIPAA regulations.

Network Capture Link 2.0 – Now call centers can save money by identifying potential problems with system resources before they affect their business.

New features include:

  • Enhanced alert capability will contact AMTELCO’s Field Engineering automatically
  • Useful new reports have been added, plus all reports now have programmable auto-refresh settings
  • Use convenient pre-set time criteria or specify any date and time range
  • Filter reports by specific accounts, operators, or directory names and find partial matches
