AMTELCO's New KB163 Color Keyboard

McFarland, WI - June, 2003 - AMTELCO is pleased to introduce a totally new KB163 Color Keyboard. THe new KB163 COlor Keyboard has many enhancements that are designed to speed the processing of calls with the Infinity call center system.

The layout of the KB163 keys has been improved. The new layout is optimized for the latest Infinity Software Version 5.2 and eCreator Software Version 2.1. The location of many keys has been rearranged into functional groups and new keys have been added for new features such as Account Pro and Infinity COnference Bridge.

Each of the functional groupings of keys on the KB163 has been given a special color. The color help operators quickly identify where certain types of keys should be located on the keyboard. THis reduces training time and increases efficiency.

The PC connection has been improved with a new ten foot, built-in PS/2 cable. This allows for greater flexibility with the location of the KB163 Keyboards.

Infinity owners can improve the efficiency of their operators with the new KB163 Color Keyboard.
