McFarland, WI - March 2005 - Infinity Dynamic Linking is an exciting new technology for use with AMTELCO’s Infinity Intelligent Series applications. Dynamically linking Intelligent Messaging with AMTELCO’s Intelligent Series and eCreator applications allows the two systems
to share data interactively as messages are being taken.

Client information has traditionally been exclusively text-based information. Dynamic Linking brings client information to a new level by automatically delivering to the operator: directories, on-call schedules, Web links, Microsoft® MapPoint® maps, eCreator scripts, and more. Using Dynamic Linking can reduce operator training time dramatically.

The major benefits include reduced operator error and increased call handling efficiency. Using Dynamic Linking, call centers can become a valuable partner to their clients, gathering real-time information to build their businesses.

Dynamic Links are established by adding Link Elements to an AMTELCO Infinity Intelligent Message. Elements are placed into Intelligent Messages using an easy drag-and-drop action from the Palette onto the Intelligent Message Form.

An example of its usefulness is Dynamic Linking of Intelligent Messaging with Intelligent Directories. This is a great tool for using the directories as databases that can be accessed from message scripts without the need to go into a database set-up screen. This gives supervisors the ability to add sophisticated lookups and updates to Intelligent Messages without any database knowledge. This is useful for catalogs, name and address lookups, dealer locator, physician referral, and more.
