McFarland, WI - November, 2003 - AMTELCO is pleased to announce new Infinity Survey Search message dispatch feature. Infinity operators can select a new Survey Search, which displays a survey of all clients. The survey results are displayed in a pop-up window in the Windows® Telephone Agent. Operators can view important message-related information about each client from within the window. The information includes:
While viewing the Survey Search window, operators can navigate to clients within the Survey to perform message-dispatch functions. After changing to the desired client, the operator can bring up the Survey Search window again to select additional clients. The Survey Seearch window appears to the operator with a timestamp indication when the survey was last run. The window also includes a refresh button to allow the operator to update the list. While viewing the Survey Search window, operators can select a Filter button. This prompts the operator to select which items they would like to filter. The filter choices include all of the columns in the window. This allows operators to quickly drill down to the type of information they need immediately, such as the number of delivered or undelivered text messages. Using the new Client Group field, supervisors can classify certain clients and assign them to groups. For example, al order entry clients can be placed in one group, and all medical clients in anther group. The operators can select the group filter and view all of the clients' message dispatching information in that group.
