AMTELCO Introduces the Infinity Intelligent Series
A New Guidance System for Operators

McFarland, WI – At the ATSI 2004 Conference in Vancouver, BC, AMTELCO announced the new Infinity Intelligent Series. This series, which adds power to the existing Infinity platform, has been in development at AMTELCO for two years. The first Intelligent Series modules to be released are: Intelligent Dispatching, Intelligent Messaging, Intelligent On-Call Scheduling, and Intelligent Directory.

Intelligent Series features provide a guidance system for operators – saving time and improving accuracy:

Intelligent Dispatching - Automates dispatching and takes the guesswork out of it. Intelligent Dispatching controls the dispatching process while documenting every step. Call center clients appreciate how their messages are controlled based on their current location and status, time of day, and more.

Intelligent Messaging - Intelligent Message Responses and Intelligent Info Pages are dynamically linked with Intelligent Dispatching, Intelligent Directories, and Intelligent Info Pages. The account data only needs to be entered once.

Intelligent On-Call Scheduling - Streamlines the scheduling of on-call resources and reduces the amount of time spent editing and maintaining on-call schedules. The database provides all the on-call resources right at the operator's fingertips. Clients can set up and view their own schedules using the new daily, weekly and monthly calendars.

Intelligent Directories - Provides Directory displays and searches powerful enough to be used for advanced applications like dealer locator, help desk, and physician referral.

Intelligent Directories can now include Web links, photos and graphics in directory listings, which help operators use directories more efficiently.
