AMTELCO Adds Powerful New Features to eCreator Software Version 2.2

McFarland, WI –The new eCreator Software Version 2.2 adds even more profitable and powerful new features to its flexible set of scripting tools that allow easy processing of the most complex calls including order entry, physician or location referral, registration and appointment taking

These new features include:

Microsoft ® MapPoint ® Integration - eCreator now includes an optional integration with Microsoft MapPoint. Users can easily create scripts that bring up a map as part of an eCreator script. Manipulate the map by zooming in, getting driving directions and much more

FrontPage ® 2003 Compatibility - Microsoft FrontPage 2003 includes changes and enhancements with which eCreator is now compatible. Use the new version of eCreator with the latest version of FrontPage with ease.

Supervisor Enhancements - The eCreator Supervisor provides new capabilities that make it easier to create and manage eCreator scripts. These new features include the ability to republish a script to a new location and edit template pages. New enhancements to the database wizard make creating databases for eCreator scripts even faster, and the new printable script will help document scripting for clients.

Appointment Taking Enhancements –eCreator Software Version 2.2 introduces new enhancements to eCreator's optional Appointment Taking Application including:

eCreator IVR (Interactive Voice Response) New Telephony Integration - eCreator's IVR system now includes support for the new XDS T1 PRI ISDN board. Integration with this new board allows IVR to have an even tighter integration with Infinity and with a PBX via ISDN QSIG signaling.
