McFarland, WI — February 2010 — Expanded voice conferencing is available with the InfinityConference Bridge module. Multi-party conferences now allow up to 64 parties. Conferences are created with or without operator assistance. Record the audio conference at the request of an operator or conference moderator.

Multiple Conference Bridge ID’s can be pre-defined, allowing each staff member to have their own unique Conference Bridge. Conferences can be secured with a Moderator password.

Moderators can choose to record each conference with the resulting WAV file e-mailed to the moderator. Moderators can access a Web interface to view the status of their conference and manage the conference.

The expanded conference capability is available in software version 5.51 of AMTELCO’s award-winning Infinity family of call center solutions.
