     AMTELCO Provides Web Interface for Call Center Clients  

 

 

McFarland, WI — November 2009 — AMTELCO is constantly enhancing the TAS Web interface.

 

Web Interface to Intelligent Series (IS) Scheduling
Clients can now login to the Web and see their own personal Home screen. The Home screen shows their messages, status information, and on-call or appointment assignments. Clients can choose the My Settings screen to update their own information and settings. Allow clients to view or update schedules based on permissions. Allow clients to page, e-mail, and SMS on-call personnel from the Internet.

 

One of the powerful new settings is the ability to sync on-call and appointment schedules with Outlook calendars.

 

Web Reporting
Open up reports such as new on-call schedule and appointment reports to clients.
Allow users to run system reports or create new custom reports for certain users or departments. The powerful new IS On-Call and Appointment Reports includes on-call reports which alert staff about open On-Call Shifts.

 

Smart Phone Access to Infinity Web Applications
The power and functionality of the Infinity Software Version 5.51 and IS Web applications, including the Intelligent Directory and Intelligent On-Call Scheduling, are optimized for use with most popular brands of PDA’s and smart phones. The functionality and ease of use of the Web applications are available at call center clients’ fingertips, whether they use an Apple® iPhone™ or iPod®, a Palm Treo™ or Centro™, a Blackberry®, or a similar hand-held device from Kyocera™, Motorola™, Qualcomm® or Samsung™.
