McFarland, WI - March 2007 - AMTELCO is very excited to announce the launching of the AMTELCO online Discovery Forum. The Discovery Forum is a series of webinars conducted by AMTELCO customers sharing techniques and ideas for using AMTELCO software to improve their business.

Tuesday, February 20 was the first Discovery Forum. The topic was Styles and Fonts in AMTELCO’s Infinity Intelligent Series and was led by Jamy Williams from Phonepower, Inc. It was very successful and Williams did an excellent job. AMTELCO customers can access recordings of the Discovery Forum webinars located in the Resource Library.

The online AMTELCO Resource Library provides many tools to simplify account set-up, reduce training time and get great programming ideas. This is the first such library in the industry and is a great benefit for AMTELCO customers. Training operators has never been easier with detailed videos available to watch any time, night or day.

The AMTELCO Resource Library also includes Script Libraries for the Infinity Intelligent Series. Using the Script Library, AMTELCO system users have the opportunity to share their application scripts with other users for their mutual benefit.

A new Wish List is now available on AMTELCO’s TechHelper Web site for customers to communicate their needs and ideas to AMTELCO’s software developers. The addition of a Bulletin Board for up-to-the-minute news and a search engine powered by Google® makes TechHelper an easier to use and more valuable tool.

AMTELCO customers with service contracts can use their Login I.D. and Password to access the Resource Library and TechHelper.
