     AMTELCO’s Infinity Receives Avaya DeveloperConnection Certification  

 

 

McFarland, WI - October 2004 - AMTELCO is pleased to announce that AMTELCO’s Infinity Intelligent Console and unified messaging system has successfully completed testing with the Avaya™ PBX using their Communication Manager 2.1.

 

AMTELCO, a Premier Member of Avaya’s Global DeveloperConnection (DevConnect) Program, uses PRI/ISDN spans and the QSIG protocol to interface to the Infinity chassis with an Avaya switch. Both the interface method and the Infinity platform were thoroughly compliance tested by Avaya’s DevConnect Technical Team and have been officially accepted as compliant on August 13, 2004.

 

The Infinity Intelligent Console is AMTELCO’s fifth generation PC-based call processing product.
