Contact information can now be added to Intelligent Directory listings. This allows the listings to provide contacts for Intelligent Series applications. This includes the new Intelligent Directory On-Call Scheduling as well as Intelligent Dispatching and Intelligent Messaging.

All messages taken by operators need to be dispatched in some manner. The process of dispatching messages is greatly enhanced using Intelligent Directory Contacts. Intelligent Directory Contacts allow entering information related to dispatching as part of a Directory Listing. Intelligent Messaging and Dispatching can then utilize the contact information to script and control the dispatch process.
