The Emergency Access service allows call centers to answer their phone calls if, for any reason, their Infinity was not able to function properly due to telephone line or equipment failure.

AMTELCO's hosted Emergency Access provides an Infinity server at our secure site that supplies you service within minutes. In the event of a disaster, you would call in and request to use the back-up Infinity . A block of toll-free 800 numbers is then provided so that your critical clients can forward their calls. You can access the back-up Infinity accounts via the Internet, with an operator and supervisor login, and set them up for your clients.
