eCreator IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

eCreator utilizes an optional IVR module. IVR allows you to utilize predefined IVR applications provided by AMTELCO or to build their own custom IVR applications using IVR Response Elements on the eCreator IVR Palette.

IVR applications can range from auto-attendant calls to full-blown order entry or prescription renewal calls. IVR can also generate outbound calls to notify patients about an upcoming appointment or to provide automated notifications of equipment failures or other important events.

IVR has telephony built in to connect to Infinity, central offices, and PBX's, IVR now supports the AMTELCO XDS T1/PRI ISDN board. This provides IVR with the capability to integrate with Infinity and other switches via PRI ISDN. The PRI ISDN support includes full support of NI-1, NI-2, QSIG, and the Siemens Cornet NQ protocols.
